AutoVision is a fleet management software system that manages the entire life cycle of your vehicles, from the time of acquisition to final disposal. It encompasses inventory parts control, maintenance, fuel usage, and accounting administration. It is fully secure and accessible from an easy to use web-enabled interface.

At the core of AutoVision are modules to handle vehicle maintenance, employees, purchasing, parts and inventory, fuel, and capital asset management. You can choose to use only those modules that are pertinent to your business, or you can leverage the value of other modules encompassing service centers, roadside assistance, accounting functionality, and our Telematics module. Whether you have your own mechanics, garages and fuel cards, or prefer to use third parties, AutoVision can be tailored to suit your needs.

AutoVision has several canned Reports for Management review. These include a high level Key Performance Indicator report that shows cost/km, fuel consumption, downtime, and overdue maintenance.
